*All sale/clearance items, pre-orders, shoes, jewelry, belts, and accessories are a final sale as well as items purchased with store credit.
Returns on clothing can be made within 5 calendar days of delivery date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for returns. Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled! Sadly, there are some cases where we can't accept your return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume, deodorant, and cigarette smoke. Also, items purchased with store credit or during a sale aren't eligible for a return.
Our Inventory constantly changes so exchanges are not likely, but can be requested. We will perform the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time. Also, you will pay for shipping for the exchange.
*If you receive an item that is damaged, it must be reported within 2 days of receiving.
Contact us before attempting a return/exchange. Email email@example.com with your name and the product you are wanting to return. You will be refunded for the item but not the shipping cost.
