Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY within five days of purchase

Please include your packing slip in your return

Buyer is responsible for return shipping

Once orders are placed they cannot be canceled

Unfortunately, there are some cases where we can't accept your return/exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume, deodorant, and cigarette smoke.

The following purchases are also not available for a return or exchange: Pre-ordered items, purses/bags, accessories, footwear, sale/clearance items, purchases made with store credit, & type of undergarment or swimsuit.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event of this, you will need to contact your local post office to file a claim or locate the package.
PURSE RETURN POLICY:

★ We have a NO return, refund, or exchange policy on any of our purses. If your item has any damages, you must report it to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  After this timeframe, we are NOT responsible for ANY issues with your order under any circumstances.

Purse DAMAGES POLICY: We have a NO return, refund, or exchange policy on any of our bag/purse items. If your item arrives or you notice your purchase has damages, you must report it to us within 7 days of delivery of your order for a replacement or store credit. We understand items can become damaged in transit.

What we classify as damaged:

•Broken clasp

•Broken strap

•Tear in fabric

•Displayed scratch across material

We have a 7 day damaged report policy in place to protect our small business from people using and damaging a product and then wanting a replacement. After this timeframe, we are NOT responsible for ANY issues with your order under any circumstances. Replacements and store credit will only be issued if reported and approved in these 7 days. Please check any and all items as soon as you get them in, even if you don’t plan to use them for a while.
